**WE ARE HIRING: ORDERING CLERK** ACGS Property Investments, is looking to hire an Ordering Clerk to join their growing team in the Port Elizabeth Area. The successful applicant will assist all those in the companies purchasing/ordering department by performing the following duties JOB DUTIES: • Perform tasks related to ordering of required building materials • Follow up on orders (ensuring delivery thereof) • Complete relevant Order Documents Process/ tend to any queries timeously and accurately • Handling all admin related to stock returns • Stock control Assist with sourcing various pricing from construction suppliers JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Grade 12 Senior Certificate • 1 - 2 years in a similar role • Valid Driver’s License • Previous experience in ordering of building material (POD's advantageous) • High attention to detail and accuracy Computer Literacy: • Pastel sage • MS Excel, formulation |filters| import and export data| extensive data base • Word and Outlook • Ability to Liaise with suppliers Should you wish to apply for the above-mentioned vacancy, please email your updated CV to: recruitment@acgs-properties.co.za If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it unsuccessful.
