VACANCY: TRADE TESTED FITTER AND TURNER IN PORT ELIZABETH

Minimum Requirements: Salary bracket R15 000 to R20 000 per month dependent on level of expertise and experiences. 1. Must be a male ages (25 – 40). 2. Must be a Trade tested Fitter and Turner. 3. Ability to operate a lathe and milling machine with a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience. 4. Have the ability to read drawings and order materials and parts. 5. Knowledge of hydraulics will be an advantage. 6. Communicate verbally and in writing in English and Afrikaans. 7. Must have own transport. 8. Must have a Grade 12. 9. Ability to work long hours if required, and work out of town temporarily if required. 10. Ability to meet strict deadlines. 11. Ability to work under pressure. 12. Ability to work with minimum supervision. 13. Have Clear criminal record (Criminal Check will be conducted). 14. Must be Medically fit (Medical examination will be conducted). 15. Working hours will be accordance to days and hours as operational required, which is generally from Monday to Saturday, Mon - Fri 7:00 – 17:00 and Saturday’s 7:00 and 14:00. However, work outside of these days and hours will be mandatory should there be an operational need. Preference will be given to applicant with Yellow Plant (i.e Loader, Excavator,Dumper).
