THULE 3 BIKE RACK IN SOUTH AFRICA

Older style bike rack, with tilt for easy access to the car when the bikes are on the rack. All the parts and electrics are in good working condition, but there is no key. You could get a key from Thule, but for all the years I've used it I've just locked it to the towbar with a lock.
