The property is perfectly situated on a main road opposite a pharmacy, many food and supply stores with public transport on the doorstep. It is a 2 bedroom and a semi with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge for R1800 per student including water excluding electricity. Vangate mall is within walking distance, a church a few houses away and a mosque opposite the road. Kindly note, a deposit of R1000 and R200 for keys release will be required on acceptance of stay.
