BUTCHERY SHOP MANAGER Our client a leading player in the Meat Industry, is in urgent need of a BUTCHERY SHOP MANAGER, to effectively run their SPRINGBOK Butchery Store. Maximising profits and meeting customer demands. Must be avilable to start ASAP. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the entire Shop operations ordering and receiving Staff Management (at least 20 staff) Block Testing- Pricing, GP calculations etc Increasing GP Cash Ups / mgt. Managing Cash in transit activities Shop Displays Customer Relations- Managing customer complaints etc. Health and Safety etc. QUALIFICATIONS
