Brand new crank and brand new BB are included along with TT cockpit, brake levers and calipers and shifters, and a specialized TT seat. The bike comes as is in the pictures and needs the following: chain, cassette, rear derailer, front derailer; top cap and HED wheel need 2-3 new spokes.
