Requirements: Proven experience as a Deeds Typist, specifically handling mortgage bonds Strong knowledge of deeds office procedures and relevant legal documentation Excellent typing speed and accuracy Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to a maximum of R20 000 per month.
