My client is looking for a reliable and efficient Administrative Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both physical and digital documents, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining organized records in accordance with company policies and procedures. A valid driver’s license is required. Key Responsibilities: File and organize both hard copy and digital documents for easy retrieval. Upload and store documents securely on the company server. Manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure records remain up to date. Perform general office duties, including answering calls, handling emails, and scheduling. Assist with preparing reports and other administrative tasks as required. Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality standards. Occasional travel may be required for document collection or deliveries. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification is a plus). At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle both hard copy and digital files effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho.
