As we expand, we’re looking for driven Sales Representatives to join our team and bring in new clients. You will receive commission based compensation. Job Responsibilities: * Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and networking. * Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present THR Media’s services. * Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. * Understand clients’ business needs and offer tailored solutions. * Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. * Track and report sales performance and client feedback. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or web development. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in cold calling and in-person meetings. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own transportation for client visits is a plus.
