RECRUITER & BRAND AMBASSADOR - Health & Skin Care industry STELLENBOSCH - Western Cape - South Africa START: 01 April 2025 / ASAP REPORT TO: Sales & Marketing Manager EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Thursday 07:45am - 16:30 Friday 08:00 - 16:00 Occasional Saturday for a special event - as per operational requirement only COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS: Market Related Salary Travel & Accommodation expenses covered by the company (when out of town) Company vehicle for traveling outside of employment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver license & own, reliable vehicle Confidence speaking to large groups of people (warm, engaging & approachable) Matric Certificate Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc. Ability to travel for extended periods of time (2+ weeks at a time when operationally required) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: At least 5+ years post graduation experience in the beauty industry Business savvy with confidence working remotely on a computer Ability to work remote Able to travel to other provinces & countries when operationally required (at company's expense) Able to build rapport with students and industry professionals
