We are seeking an experienced Electronic Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of electronic products. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of electronic components while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and an understanding of circuit boards and related components. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment. Inspect components for quality and ensure that assembly processes follow industry standards and specifications. Support the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring, soldering, and other electronic components. Work closely with engineers to improve assembly processes and solve production challenges. Maintain accurate records of production, testing, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve product defects. Assist with inventory management and parts ordering. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Electronic Production Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment. Proficient in soldering, wiring, and working with PCB assemblies. Knowledge of troubleshooting methods for electrical and electronic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with automation equipment and robotics in a production setting. Familiarity with industry-specific software tools (e.g., CAD, LabVIEW). IPC-610 certification or similar quality standards certification.
