Duties: Oversee the bar's day-to-day operations Ensure the smooth running of the bar Ensure other bartenders are providing a positive customer experience Create and develop new cocktail recipes Invent new recipes and perfect existing ones Ensure the bar has a unique and desirable menu Customer service, solve customer problems, and maintain a positive atmosphere for customers. Training and mentoring other bartenders Stock control Cash ups Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of luxury Hotel / high-end Bar experience in a senior role Mixologist / WSET certification advantageous. Fluent in English Computer literate including POS systems Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
