Requirements: Trade Tested Millwright qualification. 5+ years post-trade test experience in a similar role. Experience with PLC/VSD Drives and underground machinery. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload. Must speak Afrikaans. Valid medical certificate (fit for underground work). Clear criminal record. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, repairs, and installation of mechanical & electrical equipment (surface & underground). PLC/VSD programming, fault finding, and panel wiring. Conduct safety checks and root cause analysis. Manage workshop repairs, stock, and attend to breakdowns with urgency. Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules.
