Duties: Manage production efficiencies for the shifts. Monitor and ensure that trucks are load within the allotted time, and with the correct type and tonnage of feed. Ensure that the factory runs at the optimum up-time by timeously attending to production delays. Manage staff on shift by training and maintain a high level of morale and discipline. Plan and execute production plans to ensure a high level of customer service. Assist the Quality Controller with the approval of incoming materials, by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting unacceptable materials
