Candidate requirements: Minimum 3 years experience with grounds, equipment and building maintenance. Ideally on a remote lodge or farm. Drivers License (essential), own transport (preferred) Fluent English - Working Language and Good Afrikaans Good health and physical mobility. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Attention to detail Stable work history and contactable references. Sober habits + Non Smoking Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage a small team 4-5 staff. Requires strong technical skills: basic electrical, plumbing, sewerage, gas geysers, borehole pumps, pressure pumps, solar power, grounds and building maintenance, pools, fencing, fireguards and road maintenance. Knowledge of first aid and safety regulations and procedures. Start Date: Latest June 2025 Package: Salary R12-15kpm negotiable, DOE 45 hours per week 21 days annual leave Staff uniform 1 meal per day when on duty Accommodation - Unfurnished
