Repairs Administrator We are looking for dynamic go-getter to join our growing Property Management team as a Repairs Administrator looking after a large Rental Portfolio in Port Elizabeth. A repair administrator plans and coordinates repairs and maintenance and ensures that repairs are completed on time and within budget. They also communicate with customers, clients, and repair teams. Duties b'&' Responsibilities Manage day to day maintenance Managing all maintenance on Red Rabbit Managing Entry, Interim and Exit inspections Handling all holding deposits for Exit inspections Payments of Invoices to Suppliers Constant liaising with maintenance contractors Co-ordinate Emergency maintenance Manage owner and tenant queries Administration of all these tasks Any other reasonable tasks Any reasonable instruction given from time to time associated with your position Desired Experience b'&' Qualification Grade 12 Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Minimum of 3 years administrative experience Good verbal, written and reading skills (English and Afrikaans) Own reliable transport Outlook (Words and Excel) – intermediate level for a minimum of 2 years Detail orientated, Accurate Good time management Good people relationships Customer orientated Experience dealing with complaints and difficult customers Self-motivating Must be able to work under stressful circumstances Experience in a similar role Basic property/real estate knowledge Salary: Market related depending on experience.
