Main purpose of the job: 1) To ensure that all merchandise which passes the checkout is paid for at the correct price. 2)To maximize customer satisfaction by providing courteous, prompt and efficient service. 3) To maintain correct stock position and achieve high presentation standards Specific Competencies: * Good communication skills * Ability to use own initiative * Good merchandising skills * Have the ability to combat shrinkage * Attention to detail Requirements: The successful applicant must have worked as a cashier in a Liquor Store for at least 3 years and have experience in merchandising.
