Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Production Manager in a milling or animal feed manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of feed milling processes, equipment, and quality control measures. Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating production teams. Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food or feed industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
