Trade Teste with category B Ammonia Certification essential. Refrigeration qualification advatageous. 5 years proven and verifiable experience in maintenance, compressor repairs and commissioning large refrigeration system. Working overtime and shifts required. Responsible for the management of all refrigeration, chilled water and air compressor issues at the site including, spiral freezers, blast freezers, plate freezers, air chiller processing and refrigerated freezer rooms. Minimizing of down time, analyse machine failures in the refrigeration department and take the necessary preventative measures. Coordinate the duties of routine and scheduled maintenance as required. Leading subordinates on new projects, suggest innovative means of power saving and develop improvement projects in the refrigeration plant.
