Responsibilities: Would be required to communicate with customers in person, by phone or email and provide quotations in line with customers requirements. Stay up to date with company product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers. Would be required to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers. Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities. Would be responsible for the processing of orders for customers and ensuring its followed through to the point of completion. Candidate should be target driven and able to work under pressure. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role. Experience with a CRM system e.g. SAP. Experience in the IT/ICT Industry would be advantageous. Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (Advantageous). Qualifications: Grade 12/ Matric (Compulsory). CompTIA N+ Required or other Networking related qualification. Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma). Soft Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate efficiently in Afrikaans is a must. Demonstrate strong work ethics. Show ability to communicate effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Possess Problem-Solving skills. Must be a team player. Deadline Driven.
