Job Responsibilities: Safety and legal compliance Maintenance management Root cause failure analysis Corrective actions and improvement management People management and development Good knowledge of Electrical regulations as per SANS Job Requirements: Minimum qualification of S4/T3 or N6 Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with more than 5 years Heavy Industry experience and at least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people management. The ideal candidate will hold a B Eng, B Tech, in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT. Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices. Management Development training will be an advantage. Computer literate.
