Duties: Check in and Check outs Assist in day-to-day management of the Lodge Operations this will include supervising staff, front office, housekeeping and guest dining areas. Supervising all activities connected to hosting and overseeing all public areas are presentable Familiar with all operational aspects of Front Office, including Reservations Stock issuing across all departments of the lodge Guest orientation / Hosting Overseeing Housekeeping & Laundry departments Stock control & orders Daily / Monthly Reports and Stock take Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification At 3-4 years experience in a 5* hotel / lodge environment Valid Drivers License essential Able to manage a shift on your own Have an eye for details when working with guests and on the floor operationally Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with guests Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Computer literate in front of house systems Opera experience will be an advantage
