HARDWARE STORE MANAGER / PEDDIE; BUTTERWORTH; NQAMAKWE Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary Qualification Strong Business Acumen Previous experience within the hardware industry Stock Control and management experience Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Product knowledge Performance reviews Staff Management, coaching, disciplinary procedures, training Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and support store associates, including training new hires and providing ongoing coaching. Schedule shifts and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Conduct performance evaluations and address any personnel issues in a timely and constructive manner. Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and assistance. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and profitability. Promote store promotions, special events, and product offerings to drive sales. Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.
