Grade 12 Administration experience within a similar environment essential Planning, organizing and controlling skills - the ability to plan / organize activities to meet all operational requirements Dealing with staff discipline and poor performance Chep Portal and Market Master system experience will be advantageous Duties: Collect CHEP THAN (transfer higher agreement note) daily from receiving Reconcile between the CHEP THAN and delivery GRV for crate, bins, and pallet deliveries Accept and confirm correct transfers (between DC's) and transactions posted by suppliers Resolve queries on crates, bins and pallets by communicating with the DC administration and buyers View or remove queries requiring authorization Creating corrections requests that will be sent to the supplier who can accept or reject the request Download the supplier transaction listing older than 7 days for crates and older than 3 days for bins and inform senior management / buyers
