Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily lodge operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Support the General Manager in driving service excellence and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor departmental teams including maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services. Monitor and maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, health and safety, and quality control. Manage inventory, logistics, and procurement of operational supplies. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with 5-star hospitality standards and company policies. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and continuously enhance the overall experience. Requirements 3+ years of management experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel environment. Strong operational background with excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive high-performance culture. Experience in F&B, front office, and guest relations is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, proactive approach with keen attention to detail. Relevant qualification in hospitality management or related field preferred.
