The available areas include KZN, Johannesburg, Port Shepstone and Kokstad Requirements Completed Grade 12 Sales or marketing qualification At least 1 year of experience in sales Fluent in English with at least two other African languages Computer literate Telephone ethics Handle enquiries Responsibilities Day-to-day operations issues Manage teams and/or Sale Agents Motivating teams and setting team targets Create innovative solutions to increase sales Develop action plan Handle team issues, manage conflict and provide solutions Attend sales meeting Handle product issues and escalate to the Manager if required Address customer enquires Day-to-day reporting Make use of chambers, associations, LED’s etc. Reports to be compiled every last day of the week Deal with various business structures Day of the week.
