Requirements: Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to register. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent). For internationally qualified nurses, qualifications will be assessed for equivalency to Australian standards. Strong clinical assessment skills and experience in patient care. Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and patient monitoring. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. English language proficiency as per AHPRA requirements (e.g., IELTS, OET, PTE Academic). Registered with SANC (South African Nursing Council). Willing and able to relocate to Australia. Documents Required for Immigration: Valid Passport. Diploma in Nursing, including full transcript, with English as the primary language of instruction. Official document showing clinical hours completed during tertiary education. SANC certificate and proof of renewal. Proof of English proficiency, demonstrating English as the main language of instruction in high school, tertiary education, and at the current workplace. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assist with patient monitoring, wound care, medication administration, and daily activities. Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team. Support patients and families by providing education and emotional support. Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital policies. Assist with clinical procedures, including dressing changes, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring. Ensure accurate and legally compliant patient documentation. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. Notwithstanding the Employee's job description, the Employer may require the Employee, from time to time, to carry out tasks not covered in the job description without additional remuneration.
