Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the local team, define job responsibilities, and break down goals for execution. Regularly collect and analyze market data, tracking competitor products and market trends. Develop and implement local Below The Line (BTL) promotions and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Build the local channel structure, create monthly Sales Target (ST) achievement plans, and ensure the growth and maintenance of market share for IR, OR, and online brands. Oversee the development and maintenance of controllable retail points, special zone construction, and formulate store incentive policies. Requirements: Proficiency in English Preference for candidates with 5+ years in electronics or FMCG, independent operations, entrepreneurial, or overseas work experience.
