Your Responsibilities: Develop and oversee structural and civil engineering designs from concept to execution. Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and material selection for projects. Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and cost estimates. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Perform site inspections to assess compliance with specifications and recommend improvements. Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in structural engineering. What Were Looking For: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field). A professional engineering license (where applicable). A proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction regulations and engineering standards. Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality developments is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (BIM knowledge is an advantage). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
