SITE MANAGER FOR WATERPROOFING ROOFS IN PORT ELIZABETH

SITE FOREMAN POSITION PORT ELIZABETH IN THE WATERPROOFING INDUSTRY JOB REQUIREMENTS: · MUST have minimum 3 years’ experience in waterproofing industry on residential and industrial roofs will be an advantage • Grade 12 · Age between 35 - 55 · Valid Driver’s License Code 08 and cell phone · Be computer literature · Good workman skills · Honest and trustworthy · Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills · Must be able to do minor maintenance work on building · General building and roof knowledge and experience · Good health and be able to work on high roofs · Be able to do roof measurements and quotations · Supervising staff on site • Delegation tasks to relevant team members.
