SHORT TERM OF TRANSIT ACCOMMODATION IN A HOUSE SHARE IN PORT ELIZABETH

We are looking for a single person who needs accommodation in Port Elizabeth. This is available in a three-bedroom house in Cotswold Extension as of 1 November 2020. The successful applicant must be at ease sharing the house with the owner-couple. She or he will have the main (most spacious) bedroom and must have her or his own bedroom furniture, and will share a bathroom and common areas (kitchen, living room and dining room) with the owner-couple. The owner-couple are in their own bedroom and will use the third bedroom as a study, and will of course have use the bathroom and the common areas on weekends and ocassionally on weekdays. Benefits to the successful applicant are: A short and flexible lease agreement; Water and electricity are included in the rent; Rent includes wifi connectivity; Small security deposit of R500.00; A lockup garage; and An alarm system.
