If you are energetic like to ride bikes and have the following experiences you are welcome to apply. - Organized and experienced in managing a service centre & team members - Hands on approach on resolving issues to satisfy customers needs - More than 2 years experience with service & repair of bicycles - Computer literate and has a driver’s licence You will be directly responsible for the following: - Productivity of the service centre, managing schedules & ordering of stock - Managing of staff, achieve targets, create positive energy and provide continuous training - Ensure good customer relations, feedback & hospitality - Daily reporting via relevant platforms You will receive market related salary, company benefits and have access to Trek staff purchases.
