Our client that is in the IT industry is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Stellenbosch. Minimum Requirements:Experience in a Scrum Master roleFamiliarity with software developmentExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefact (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP ect.)Excellent communication and servant leadership skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityOutstanding organisational skillsScrum Master certification is a plus
