The room has a bed, T.V (D.S.T.V is compatible), laundry room, with washing machine, shower and bathroom. The room is situated in the location, a short walk away from town and Mall. It is close to the taxi route for public transport to and from town. The house where the room is situated is safe and very secure with a remote controllable gate and alarm system. No smoking is allowed inside the room, no pets allowed, individual should have clean and sober habits with no children. Safe parking is available for tenants with cars. The room is available for R 1500 including water, refuse and electricity. The room will be awarded on a first payment basis to secure it. A deposit of R 3000 is required for the first month (The remaining R 1500 is refundable as per lease agreement). The room is available as of the 1st of May.
