I have a one fully furnished bedroom for rent in a shared house. The house is in Vaalpark, 20-30 mins to Spar & taxi rank. Tuckshop is 15 mins away. Water & lights is being shared equally by the tenants. The room is strictly not for sharing. I'd prefer someone without because of space, but that can be renegotiated. The room is R1500, a deposit of R1500 is required. The house is currently shared by two african males in their twenties & thirties. The room is available from the 1st of October.
