We are 3 working professionals, occupying 2 of the 3 rooms available in our house, we would like to rent out the third. Please note that we have 2 cats. We are an easy-going household and would prefer someone in a similar mould. Our ideal tenant would be international students. The room comes with a bed and a desk is optional.
