Lovely 3 bedroom house with one room available. Available immediately but can also consider from 1 June. I am a masters student looking for a lovely laid back person to share a home with. A housemate that is a postgrad/working professional is preferable. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The estate has a dam and beautiful walking trails. The rent is R5000 and this includes water, refuse collection and rates. The wifi, prepaid electricity, cleaning and garden services are not included in the rent but are split costs between the three housemates.
