RESTAURANT MANAGER IN STELLENBOSCH

We are currently on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant situated on the R44 in Stellenbosch. Candidate MUST have at least 4 years restaurant management experience, are hardworking, loyal, trustworthy, a real passion for Hospitality and are good dealing with customers and building regulars. Must have own transport, live no further than 20km away, are able to work shifts (6 a week), know how to do costings, stock takes, cashups, waiter training, etc.
