Renting a spacious decent furnished room (comes with double size bed, beddings and two pillows, inbuilt cupboard with hangers, study desk with x2 chairs, small glass table and optional computer with monitor) in my safe 2 bedrooms open planned furnished apartment -- has big flatscreen TV, couch, fridge, cookers, mini washing machine, cupboards, table and chairs, utensils etc which i seldom use and will be utilized by mostly tenant(s). I can always add other amenities if needed by tenant(s). The house apartment is 3 minutes walk to Pentech train station, 5 mins walk to former Pentech (now CPUT Bellville Campus) and 10 minutes walk to UWC through CPUT. It's also close to public transports and many spaza shops around -- in fact, i share boundary with a spaza shop. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is very secured. The room is available immediately and ideal for a CPUT and or UWC student(s) -- whom must be very decent; otherwise, please don't even bother! All the student(s) has to do is bring their luggage / clothes, as the apartment and room have all is needed; if not, say what you want added and may be considered if doable. Rent per month is R2799 for a single person and R3799 if two persons (maximum) sharing the rented room. WiFi is optionally included. W&E is prepaid. Optional TV in bedroom if needed. Deposit will be needed. Better than staying on campus residences.
