RENTALS PROPERTY CONSULTANT IN PORT ELIZABETH

We are looking for a hardworking, ethical rental property consultant to sustain and grow an existing rentals book. Must have good communication skills, be efficient and reliable. Ability to multi-task and deal with difficult and unreasonable clients is a must. Job roles will include prospecting and listing new rental properties, conducting viewings and inspections at properties with tenants, conducting credit checks, signing lease agreements and facilitating necessary maintenance on our managed properties. Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Must have own car and drivers license. Competitive salary offered. Basic plus commission, medical aid, petrol.
