The Loft House is Centrally located in Port Elizabeth within Mill Park and close to The surrounding schools and five minutes from the nearest hospital. We welcome a young couple/family or even a single person to come rent our property. Tenants are wecome with one pet, as we have 2 dogs and 3 cats in the main house which is situated in the front part of the property and The Loft is at the back half of the property. The Loft has a beautiful overlooking view of the Settlers park river and mountain. We are asking R 11 000,00 per month, this includes the following: Rates and taxes, water, garbage collection. Uncapped WiFi. Alarm. Secure parking for 2 vehicles. Not included is electricity, there is a pre-paid box in the loft so tenants need to buy there own. The Loft is not furnished but included in both bedrooms are block-out blinds and Curtains are available for dining room/ living room area. There is a Airconditioner in The main bedroom and in the living room a fire place. There are a number of large mirrors we also like to leave in the loft if tenants would like them during there stay.
