The Remoska Rack is manufactured in food grade stainless steel and is specifically made to fit the Remoska Grand and Standard cookers. With two height options, it expands the cooking options of the Remoska even further. The Remoska Rack can be used to lift food closer to the heat source for quicker cooking using the longer 'feet' of the rack. This is great for quickly heating or grilling toasted sandwiches and foods like pizza. Turn the rack over to the short 'feet' and the food is lifted from the base of the pan, allowing fat and liquids to drip through for healthier eating.
