You can set the device up manually by connecting the device directly to a computer or laptop using a LAN cable. Once the device is connected open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc) and type in http://192.168.0.1 or http://dlinkap in the top bar. Then follow the steps of the setup wizard.
