An Eskom line serves two transformers of 50 kVa and 25 kVa respectively. Accommodation The main house of approximately 400 square metres can easily accommodate two families. It consists of two sections with 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, various seating areas and dining rooms that can be separated easily by closing off one door. The house and garden are completely fenced in. A second house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, open plan living area and fireplace in the kitchen is adjacent to the main house. This building would make an ideal home for guests or a manager. It could also be used for setting up a cottage industry to offer employment to residents that live close by. Other farming buildings include garages, three storerooms and two pumphouses.
