The boat is seaworthy and is certified to carry 6 crew including the skipper, It has a bouyancy certificate and the trailer is a 3 axle custom unit with a winch and is licensed. The boat is fitted with a fish finder and a 2 way radio. Dolphins and whales are regularly seen playing in the ocean. “Little Bit of Heaven” offers luxury accommodation for family and friends. The unit has a beautiful sea view and is situated close to the beach. A café and restaurant/bar are 1 km from the unit. The beach flat offers accommodation for four guests. The unit has a lounge, dining area and kitchenette, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is separate with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchenette has a two-plate gas stove, fridge, microwave oven, coffee and tea appliances, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has a luxury double bed sleeping couch, TV with full DSTV and free WIFI. The dining room has a table with four chairs. There is a patio in front of the unit, Weber braai, and under roof parking for one car with a trailer, or two cars. Airport transfers can be arranged.
