We are in search of an enthusiastic bookkeeper with Intermediate to Advanced Quickbooks Experience. This would therefore mean daily work on the Quickbooks program (desktop version or online version) is an essential requirement. Candidates without this will not be considered. Other minimum requirements include: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification non-negotiable Full Qualification advantageous Be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) is non-negotiable Proficiency in Quickbooks (working on this daily) on an advanced level is essential Proficiency in Pastel Accounting will be advantageous Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software will be advantageous Proficiency in Payroll Software (e.g. VIP / Pastel) will be advantageous Proficiency in Outlook E-mail Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment Clear credit and criminal record Please submit your CV indicating your Quickbooks experience to hr@ambiton.co.za for consideration.
