The building of a restaurant has been started but not yet completed, with a swimming pool, bar area with separate restaurant area, big deck overlooking the sea. To add to this...the amazing new Airport, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi Airport is perfectly situated in the province and located 30km from Xai-Xai, where one could fly into FJN and enjoy a stunning beach vacation. At present the airport has two scheduled commercial flights, Mondays and Fridays. This picturesque lodge offers the following; - Vodacom Booster tower on the property. - Roads on the resort are all completed. - Electricity with a 50kva Transformer and a 50kva backup Generator with Automatic Start on/off switch system. Proper distributions of 3 phase electricity over the Lodge with feeding cables and distribution boxes throughout the Lodge. - Two bore holes that are equipped and with a backup water pit. Water pumps are all installed with pipes, storage tanks and automatic full up switching. Water points to all the houses - storage of 10 000 litre of water. - Big workshop of +/- 340m² for storing equipment/tools, boat and trailer storage with lock up doors. - Staff dressing rooms with bathrooms attached for male and female. - Linen store room and ice/room area with a (300kg/ 24 hour) ice machine and small reception which is self-standing. - Gym room 6/5 meter with mirrors (no gym equipment). - Fish cleaning area with cement table and water. - Old tractor with a 4m trailer for everyday use at the lodge.
