Driver wanted for code 10 & 11 trucks. Code 10 truck is Mercedes 1413 crane truck which delivers bricks and collects wooden pallets – experience operating a crane would be useful. Code 11 truck is Mercedes 2219 twin axle tipper which carts various loads as needed – experience with Mercedes splitter gearbox and an end tipper (working off-road at times) would be useful. Initial period will be on a contract basis as company needs dictate. Full time work is envisioned pending the securing of a contract but cannot be guaranteed. Ideally, the incumbent should live close to New Brighton or Motherwell or be able to arrange own (reliable) transport to work in the Swartkops area (no persons that need to relocate will be considered). We are ceding this opportunity to somebody to enter the market and venture capitalist for the purpose of job creation. The contract will be separated into an initial 2-year term with a warranted extension for a further 3 years provided the minimum requirements are met. The contracting mine is based in the Witbank Coalfields in Mpumalanga and offloaded within a 124km radius of the mine. The contract has an allocation for 10, 34-ton side tippers to cover an average distance of 300km per truck per day over 10 variable routes. Payable rate to the contractor is R1-30 per ton per km, netting (on extreme minimum requirement) R2 892 000-00 turnover with a minimum profit on individual profiling of R562 000-00. Terms of purchase: 1. Purchaser must show proof of affordability. 2. Purchaser must show proof of ability to service the terms of the contract. 3.
