As an administrator, your main duties will be as follows but not limited to:- Answering the office phone and responding to incoming emails; Advertising properties to let and for sale; Booking in viewings and notifying existing tenants; Showing prospective tenants around properties; Processing tenant application documents and generating tenancy documents; Processing tenant deposits; Responding to requests for documents and maintenance; Ensuring properties comply with regulation; including arranging gas safety certificates and EPCs. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER (OHS OFFICER) BASED IN PORT ELIZABETH PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The OHS Officer will be responsible for the overall Health and Safety Act adherence, the maintenance and upgrading of the OHS current system/ processes and regulatory compliance audits.
