This course helps young adolescents to develop their voice whilst eliminating any speech impediments. The course was devised on the basis of using drama exercises (as a template), because I dealt with a lot of students who don’t understand what is expected of them when correcting voice. The exercises in the course focuses on combining an arrangement of concepts, which will help them, achieve great results. Some Common Speech Disorders: Stuttering - interferes with fluent speech, Cluttering - makes speech difficult to understand, Articulation Disorders - lisping, cleft palate, Apraxia (dyspraxia) -also known as oral-motor speech disorder, Dysarthria - Paralysis, weakness or generally poor coordination of the muscles of the mouth, Speech Sound Disorder - Omissions, Substitutions, Distortions, Phonation Disorder - hoarse, raspy, or pitch changes, Resonance Disorders - Hypernasality and Hyponasality. I have had a lot of success with this course...I look forward to hearing from you soon!

It is ordered on demand from our supplier and is usually dispatched within 7 - 11 working days From the award-winning author of Grace (Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year 2018) comes this powerful, devastating, and redemptive novel. Fishermen Bolivar and Hector set sail from their South American village, but soon find themselves cast adrift in the Pacific Ocean by a sudden storm. As the days pass and no rescue materialises, the two men must come to terms with their environment, and with each other, if they are to survive. Part gripping survival story, part fearless existential parable, Beyond the Sea is a meditation on what it means to be a man, a friend, a father and a sinner in our fallen world. As deep and timeless as the sea, this novel sits squarely in the tradition of Camus, Borges, Joyce, Beckett, and McCarthy. This item is sold brand new. It is ordered on demand from our supplier and is usually dispatched within 7 - 11 working days In this second English-language edition of one of his most notable works, Miguel Leon-Portilla explores the Maya Indians' remarkable concepts of time. At the book's first appearance Evon Z. Vogt, Curator of Middle American Ethnology in Harvard University, predicted that it would become "a classic in anthropology," a prediction borne out by the continuing critical attention given to it by leading scholars. Like no other people in history, the ancient Maya were obsessed by the study of time. Their sages framed its cycles with tireless exactitude. Yet their preoccupation with time was not limited to calendrics; it was a central trait in their evolving culture. In this absorbing work Leon-Portilla probes the question, What did time really mean for the ancient Maya in terms of their mythology, religious thought, worldview, and everyday life? In his analysis of key Maya texts and computations, he reveals one of the most elaborate attempts of the human mind to penetrate the secrets of existence.
